Through the Eyes of a Boy / Through the Camera of a Girl
Description
This short film has been produced by Mery, 17, from El Salvador with the support of Plan. She documents the life of a young boy from a coffee plantation, and how it is affected by climate change. The video was first screened at the Children in a Changing Climate side event at the 2010 UNFCCC COP16 meeting in Cancun, where five young people and four global leaders discussed the challenges and opportunities for involving young people in building resilience to climate change.
